Has Customs already detained a shipment and contacted you? Skip this form and email me at nicole@clothandcode.legal.

Recording your registrations with U.S. Customs and Border Protection lets port officers stop copies of your products before they reach a buyer. Tell me what you have registered, where your genuine goods are made, and who is allowed to make or sell them.

Have your registration numbers handy. Completion time: about six minutes.

I will reach out within two business days with a recommendation on what to record, what the filing involves, and the fee.
